Help develop worker safety and health curriculum that will prevent the spread of COVID-19 at worksites

Faculty Armando Ibarra and Alexia Kulwiec have been awarded funding through the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services to further their work in helping to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at Wisconsin worksites. The funding provides Ibarra and Kulwiec the opportunity to develop and deliver a curriculum for worker safety/health, built on best practices from both health experts and workers’ experiences. The school is currently seeking workplaces and/or groups of workers willing to participate and provide feedback in the Worker Safety and Health Curriculum to Support Workers Safe Return to Work and Prevention of COVID-19 programming this spring and summer. If you are interested in assisting in this work, please contact Alexia at alexia.kulwiec@wisc.edu.
