Midwest School for Women Workers

Resilience in Action: Women Workers Lead the Way

June 19 – 22, 2025 |  Madison, Wisconsin

Registration now closed.

For years, Midwest working women have gathered at the Midwest School for Women Workers Conference to learn, share experiences, and build collective power for workplace and social change.

This year, MSWW returns —hosted by the School for Workers at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in recognition of the school’s 100-year anniversary. Founded as a school for women workers, School for Workers has been at the forefront of labor education for a century.

The 2025 agenda will address today’s most pressing challenges:

Rebuilding worker strength, confronting systemic failures, applying labor history lessons to the present, and more.
