Learn the skills to develop effective arbitration brief writing. In this course we work on organizing and presenting written arguments for submission of briefs to CIR and neutral arbitrators. This course is recommended for IBEW Local and International representatives and officers with arbitration and brief writing responsibilities. Participants will also have the opportunity to practice brief writing and receive feedback for improvement.

The lodger: Registration fee is $1,455 for a single room. The registration fee includes tuition, materials, four nights of lodging, breakfasts, lunches, and refreshment breaks. Note that dinners are not included. Parking is an additional $60.
The commuter: Registration fee is $960 and includes tuition, materials, lunches, and refreshment breaks. Note that parking is not included.
