This two-day steward training class will sharpen your skills and boost your effectiveness as a leader – enabling you to enforce your contract, represent your members, and build a more powerful organization in your workplace. Our agenda will include:
- The steward’s role and responsibilities
- Maneuvering through workplace issues and problems
- Enforcing your collective bargaining agreement
- Building membership involvement at the workplace
- Hearing from other people and other unions about what works for them
$160 fee (includes class fee, materials, lunches, coffee & rolls and beverages at breaks)
