Aimee Winker

Aimee is the Event Coordinator for School for Workers, where she organizes and executes a variety of programs, classes, conferences, and events. With expertise in logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management, she ensures smooth, successful experiences for everyone.

Aimee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. She brings strong skills in event planning, customer service, creative direction, and data management to her role.

Passionate about creating meaningful, people-centered experiences, Aimee thrives in fast-paced, client-focused environments and enjoys supporting mission-driven work. Outside of work, she loves kayaking, hiking, true crime podcasts, and spending time with her three dogs—Gizmo, Ginger, and Greta.
