In this two-day course, we will touch on the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) protections of employees and the regulation of unions pursuant to both the NLRA and the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA). We will engage in a deeper review of all the changes made by the current National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in interpreting the NLRA and in processing unfair labor practice charges.
